  • 9:00 – 9:30 – Welcome
  • 9: 30 – 10:30 – Storytelling: The Original Social Media with Dot, Robbie & John
  • 10:45 – 11:45 – Favorite stories with John Stansfield
  • 11:45 – 1:15 – Lunch (On your own – there are lots of fun eateries within walking distance.)
  • 1:15 – 2:30 – Charming stories with Rachel Ann
  • 2:30 – 2:50 – Meet our storytellers / Autographing / Resource Sales
  • 3:00 – 3:50 – FREE Family Concert – ages 5+ with Rachel Ann, John, Dot & Robbie (sponsored by Douglas County Libraries) Registration not required; please arrive at 3:00pm
  • 3:50 – 4:50 – Stories In A Flash (sign up during the day to tell a 3-minute-or-less story)
  • 5:00 – Wrap Up and Farewell

John Stansfield
Stories from the West and the World

John began exploring the original social media, storytelling, decades ago and hasn’t stopped. He is the founder of the Rocky Mountain Storytelling Festival and welcomes all of you to our 30th Anniversary.

Rachel Ann Harding
Folk and Fairy Tales for All Ages

Rachel Ann Harding is a storyteller and musician who is passionate about finding and telling the most beautiful folk, myth and traditional tales. She produces Story Story Podcast, showcasing storytelling from around the world. Rachel Ann weaves story and song together believing that fairytales are for all ages.

Dot Anderson
Enthusiastic, Educational & Entertaining

Dot has been active with Douglas County Spellbinders for over 10 years, telling stories in varied grades and schools. She tells stories by enthusiastically painting pictures with words; drawing from her life, history and just plain fun.

Robbie Knight
Theatrical & vivid storytelling

Robbie was raised in backwoods Maine in a storytelling family and trained in summer stock theater. With 30 years in broadcasting and voice acting, Robbie has earned a living by telling 30-second stories for most of her life.
